Our Policies

Shipping Policy
  • The products are shipped within 6 working days, once the order is placed by the customer.
  • The shipping time is dependent on the method of transit. Although, it may be varied in case of unforeseen circumstances or festivals.
  • If your order is time sensitive, make sure to contact us. We will facilitate a speed up shipping if possible.
  • All orders will ship through ground courier unless otherwise decided. An estimate of the shipping charges is available while you “check out”. 
  • As per our general guidelines, orders equal to and under INR 500, will have a normal shipping charge based on your location.

    At Truweight we assure to provide easy and quick shipment of our products to the customers. We will give our best that your order is delivered to you on time or even before.

    Return and Refund Policy

    Ordering at truweight.in is an easy and quick process. You can return or replace all items within 14 days of purchase. 

    Please ensure the following while accepting the orders: 

  • Do not Accept any product by the courier services if the product is opened or tampered.
  • Take a picture or make a video of the package if you find the product to be damaged or false product. This can be a supporting proof to check with our courier service.
  • Do not break/tear the seal of the product if you have any doubts/questions about authenticity.
  • If the product seal is broken, we do not accept return/replacement of that product.
  • We will not be accepting any return/replacement, if the above points are not being followed.

    For return, send a snapshot of the outer packaging, truweight order number and images of the product received, with the invoice copy to our customer care at crm@truweight.in. Ensure that the product is unused and unbroken. Seal, tags, boxes and other packaging has to be intact.

    Return courier has to be arranged from your end, we do not have the facility to arrange a return pick-up.

    FAQs on Return Policy:

    Q: What should I do if I receive a damaged product, wrong product or missing units in my order?

    Ans: If an item is found damaged or incorrect as per description or units are missing as per ordered quantity, please send a snapshot of the outer packaging, truweight order number and images of the product received with the invoice copy to our customer care at crm@truweight.in

    Once the concern is raised, we will investigate it internally and will revert to you in 24-48 hrs. Once the investigation is over, in case of return, you will have to arrange for the return courier. 

    The following steps will be taken further:

    1. Once the product is received back to us, the quality team checks it and gives an update related to the product condition. The product should be in the same condition as delivered to you. 
    2. On receiving a positive response we will get back to you; As per your request we will replace or refund you for the order (replacement is subject to availability of the particular product).
    3. In case of negative response, the damaged product cost will be deducted from your refund.

    Please Note: As per our Return Policy you need to raise concern within 14 days along with proper product images, unboxing videos and other required information.

    1. What should I do when I receive a courier that has damaged the product/item?

    Ans: Do not accept the product/item from the courier person. Kindly take images (or videos) of the same and share with us at crm@truweight.in. It will help us raise the concern with the respective courier partner.

    Please Note: In case of this uncertainty, we will create a new order (same product) and will dispatch it to you immediately.

    Q: Is there a category(or product) specific policy for returns?

    Ans: Products should be returned in original packaging and sealed in. Opened or used boxes will not be accepted as returns. 

    For issues like rashes, stomach upset, headache, like/dislike of flavour, flavour difference from one brand to other etc; the products will not be applicable for return. Please consult with the doctor before buying the product.

    Cancellation and Refund Policy
  • After you have placed the order, it can be cancelled before it gets dispatched. 
  • In case you request for refund, it will be processed through the same mode of transfer within 7 - 10 working days.
